This is a really hard question for me. I lost my youngest daughter 14 months ago to suicide and to be honest - whatever I read these days doesn't stay with me. Actually my mind doesn't absorb much even yet. The only answer I can come up with is the Bible - that seems to help me the most. I shared our story of the first 6 months without her on HelpStopThePain.com and I am trying to be able to read it myself. It's very hard. To this day, most of all that has happend is a blur and I haven't been able to get past the first section without the tears pouring out of my eyes again.
I like Become a Better You by Joel Osteen. He is always inspirational to me.
