Do you mean they are pasteurised in their shells? Or do you mean already shelled almonds. Here in the UK we get almonds still in their shells, as well as pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts etc ... They look raw to me.God bless.

Very interesting. I buy mine raw and unpasteurized from a whole foods/ healthy foods store here in Australia.
