OUR REVIEW

Linda
I had to use The Back Pain Book by Mike Hage, MS, PT while recovering from a back injury. My therapist had me use this as a guide not only while recuperating, but to learn better ways to help myself during my life, such as correct posture while driving, walking, working at a desk, and just plain relaxing.

It has fabulous illustrations, easy to follow instructions and great exercises. The book answers what, why, how often, how long, and how much. The book is organized in such a way that you can turn to specific areas that you need to work on, and blank pages in the back to take notes on your improvements.

As stated in the book: Becoming more active in your pursuit of comfort and your ability to function means gaining greater control over your pain and the effect it has on you.
